2019 Charleston Wedding Expo Exhibitor Registration Form

Exhibitor Registration is now available for the 15th Annual Charleston Wedding Expo to be held Sunday, January 6, 2019, Noon - 4 PM.


Select a 10' x 10' Single booth or 10' x 20' double booth which includes:


  • Pipe and drape enclosure
  • 8 foot table covered and skirted (double booth includes two tables)
  • Access to electricity
  • Trash can
  • Two parking passes and 5 expo admission passes
Access Exhibitor Booth Layout with assigned booth numbers to select your top three location preferences. Placement is determined by sponsorship level, first come, first served basis on paid registration, and proximity of vendors in the same category. First right of refusal preference will be provided based on space location in the 2019 Charleston Wedding Expo. We will do our best to accommodate requests but there are no guarantees.

The Early Bird Rate prior to July 1, 2018: Single: $425 / Double: $825
After July 1, 2018: Single: $500 / Double: $900

This application and event participation is subject to the approval of the Charleston Civic Center. Completing the application and paying registration does not guarantee acceptance into the 2018 Charleston Wedding Expo.
