The Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center WV Lottery Winners Circle Suite offers a perfect place to meet and socialize before the hottest concerts, professional, collegiate or high school sporting events, and enjoyable family shows. Whether you are courting new business, entertaining clients, rewarding top associates, hosting a birthday party, celebrating a graduation or gathering with family and friends, a luxury suite is the ideal environment.

Our luxury suite provides seating to accommodates 24 individuals utilizing swivel padded bar stools and leather chairs. This comfortable and intimate space features two flat screen TVs, Bluetooth audio sound streamed in from the coliseum event space, and a 4’ x 8’ viewing window overlooking floor activities. Indirect and dimmable overhead lighting creates an intimate atmosphere. The modern room decor reflects a warm inviting environment featuring wood grain porcelain flooring, textured wall accent, and neutral earth tone color scheme design. A private restroom facility is conveniently located inside the suite.

Generally doors will open 1 hour prior to ticketed event time to gain access to Suite. Suite rental extends 60 minutes post event, or midnight, whichever occurs first

The Charleston Civic Center has the right to approve applications and may reject or deny any application if, in CCC's sole judgment, the applicant is not appropriate for the event. As a general rule, unsupervised teen parties are not permitted.

The Private Suite assignments are designated by a committee and priority is based on date of receipt of application request.

The client must submit a signed copy of the agreement with payment in full no later than four (4) business days after receiving confirmation of suite assignment or the space may be released. The Private Suite is located in the Coliseum Concourse between sections 137-139, therefore a suite pass only allows individuals to enter the suite, an event ticket must be purchased separately and is mandatory for all suite attendees. There is a food and beverage minimum requirement and must be provided by Distinctive Gourmet, the in-house caterer for the Charleston Civic Center.
