GROUP SALES
Group Sales offers discounted tickets in preferred seating sections throughout the Charleston COliseum. Our group sales staff will assist you every step of the way.
PAYMENTS
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and certified checks.
WILL CALL
Customers may pick up their Will Call tickets at their leisure. We will stipulate that on the day of an on sale we will not pull will call until after we have gone thru our line for that particular on sale but other than that it can be done any time during our regular business hours. VIP tickets or tickets ordered through a Fan Club can typically not be picked up until the day of the event.
REFUND POLICY
Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges. If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed at point of purchase the next business day.
