Watch as talented local food and beverage professionals craft their signature creations right before your eyes, turning the night into a true foodie experience. While you mingle, taste, and celebrate our vibrant culinary scene, you’ll also be supporting scholarships that make a lasting difference at Carver Career Center's Culinary Arts program through our Live and Silent Auctions. Our EMCEE, Brian Aluise from the Charleston Area Alliance, will guide us through the evening.

Chris Colagrosso
Chris is the Morning Host on WMXE/WWQB, LM Communications stations. Chris is also the program director for News/Talk 102.3 FM and 1410AM(Conservative Talk Radio), as well as 1300 WJYP & 1340 WMON -The Jock (Sports Radio). Chris started in radio as a junior in high school and has worked in the Charleston, WV market ever since in some form or fashion. He enjoys attending church and spending time with his beautiful wife, Stacy
Chef Dennis Harris
Chef Dennis is the Director of Operations at Sleepy Hollow Golf Club in Hurricane, WV. Chef Dennis began his career 24 years ago as a dishwasher and apprentice at Edgewood Country Club, which launched his culinary crusade. He has worked with corporations such as the Hilton Hotel and Holiday Inn in Wilmington, NC. It brings Chef Dennis immense pleasure to be serving his native home state of West Virginia. Chef Dennis is a member of the WV Chapter of The American Culinary Foundation and a member of the advisory committee to the culinary program at Carver Vocational School. He also volunteers for many community charities such as Covenant House and The Culinary Showcase, to benefit the Carver Culinary program.
